# Customize Group Pictures, Views, and Sorting

Choose group artwork, switch between list, tile, and table layouts, and control visible group details.

Group display settings change how the overview reads without changing the notes stored inside each group.

## Choose a group picture or icon

1. Open Group info and select the group image.

1. Choose an icon, select a picture from the library, or take a photo on iPhone or iPad.

1. Crop the image and confirm. Choose Remove picture to return to the icon or initial.

## Change the group overview

1. Open Settings \> Group Display.

1. Choose List, Tiles, or Table. For Tiles, choose how many appear per row.

1. Show or hide Number of notes, Number of photos, Voice memos and attachments, and Last activity.

1. Use system text size or set a separate size for the group overview.

> You can also switch layout and sorting directly from the Groups screen. These controls affect presentation only.
