## Step by step

1. Open the workspace picker and choose “Manage workspaces”.

1. Select the workspace you want to edit.

1. Adjust its name and appearance, then save.

1. To remove a workspace, read the deletion dialog before confirming.

## What to expect

A removed workspace disappears from the picker. Its groups and Inbox notes move to the default workspace.

## Good to know

Removing a workspace does not delete its notes. Look in the default workspace if a group is no longer where you expect it.
