Keep related groups together inside a workspace.

Folders organize groups within the current workspace. Notes stay in their groups.

## Create and use a folder

1. Open Groups in the workspace where you want to organize your groups.

1. Open the groups menu and create a folder. Give it a name that describes the project or area.

1. Move related groups into the folder. Open the folder to reach those groups and their notes.

## Free and Pro limits

Free includes two folders per workspace. Lognote Pro allows unlimited folders. If Pro ends, existing folders remain visible; new groups can be added only to the two oldest folders.

Folders currently organize groups on this device. Do not rely on a folder layout appearing on another device until folder synchronization is available.
