# View Notes on a Map

See every located note in a group as a map pin or chronological location list.

The Premium Note Map gathers active notes that already contain coordinates. It does not add a location to older notes automatically.

## Open the Note Map

1. Open Group info.

1. Choose Map. The count shows how many active notes in the group carry a location.

1. Switch between Map and List.

> Pins use different symbols and colors for a text note, photo, or voice memo.

## Inspect a location

1. Choose a pin or list row.

1. Review the note type, timestamp, note text, coordinates, and resolved address when available.

1. Choose Show Note to return to the original entry.

> A map may contact the platform map service. Location data can reveal sensitive routines; review it before sharing or exporting.
