# Review the Audit Log

Trace note and group activity and use Premium search, filters, and export.

Reading the Audit Log and a note’s own history is Free. Premium adds direct group shortcuts, search, filters, and audit export.

## Read activity with Free

1. Open Settings \> Audit Log to read recorded activity across Lognote.

1. For one note’s history, open the note, choose Info, and open the Audit tab.

1. Select an entry to inspect its event, time, and available details.

> Reading the Audit Log and note-specific history is available without Premium.

## Use Premium audit tools

1. Open a group’s menu or Group info and choose Audit Log for a direct group-scoped shortcut.

1. Use Search and filter the group history by entity or event type.

1. Choose Export and select CSV, JSON, or PDF for the currently included entries.
