# Share Photos, Files, and Voice Memos in a Group

Add Premium media to a shared group and understand what Free members can view.

Media in a shared group follows both the normal media rules and the group’s membership rules.

## Add media

1. Open the shared group and start a note.

1. Choose Photo, File, or Voice Memo and finish the capture or selection.

1. Save the note and keep Lognote open long enough for any pending upload to begin.

> Each member who posts photos, files, or voice memos needs their own Premium access.

## View and respond

Free members can read the shared group and view media that is already available to them. They can continue contributing text and use supported reactions.

A file larger than 50 MB remains local-only and is not uploaded through Cloud Sync, so other members will not receive that file.
