Work through common checks, contact support with useful details, and review what changed.

Start with the smallest check that matches the symptom, protect your data before destructive troubleshooting, and include precise context when you contact support.

## Run common checks

1. Confirm the app version under About and install any available Lognote and operating-system updates.

1. For Cloud Sync, check your sign-in and Premium state, connectivity, and Sync details; leave the app open while pending work finishes.

1. For camera, photos, microphone, speech, location, or notifications, review Lognote in system Settings.

1. For Apple Watch delivery, confirm the Watch is paired, open Lognote on iPhone, and retry the queued capture.

> Do not delete the app, account, or local data as a first troubleshooting step. Create a backup before any action that could replace or remove data.

## Contact support and send logs

1. Open Settings \> Contact us or email support@lognoteapp.com.

1. Include the affected platform, app version, expected result, actual result, and repeatable steps.

1. Choose Settings \> Send Log Report when technical diagnostics are helpful; Lognote prepares app, device, and crash information and opens email or the share sheet.

> Review the destination and attached report before sending it. Add a short description of what happened and when.

## Review release notes

1. Open Settings \> What's new to see features and improvements by version.

1. Compare the version shown there or under About with the version involved in your issue.

1. After an update, recheck the original steps before sending a report.
