# Prioritize Notes

Assign low, medium, or high priority and use it to sort and filter a group.

Premium priorities add one of three urgency levels to a note: low (!), medium (!!), or high (!!!).

## Set a priority

1. Before sending a note, choose Add attachment \> Priority and select !, !!, or !!!.

1. Alternatively, touch and hold Send, choose a priority, and then send from the same menu.

1. For an existing note, open its context menu and choose Priority.

> Choosing None removes a priority. The marker is metadata; it does not change the note text.

## Sort or filter by priority

1. Reveal the group filter chips and choose !, !!, or !!! to show that level.

1. Open Sort and choose Priority (high first) or Priority (low first).

1. Open Favorites and switch to the Priority segment to review prioritized notes across groups.
