Customize Tabs and the Start Page

Reorder, hide, and add navigation destinations and choose what opens next time.

Navigation settings personalize the bottom tab bar on compact iPhone layouts and the main sidebar destinations on regular-width iPad layouts.

Reorder or replace destinations

  1. Open Settings > Navigation.
  2. Drag visible destinations into your preferred order.
  3. Use the minus button to hide one and the plus button under Available Tabs to add one.
  4. Keep at least one destination visible. You can show up to five.
Hidden destinations remain reachable from the overflow menu on iPhone or below the divider in the iPad sidebar. Favorites is a Premium destination.

Choose the start page

  1. Under Start, open Start page.
  2. Choose First tab or one of the currently visible destinations.
  3. Quit and reopen Lognote to see the new starting destination.
The Start page setting takes effect on the next launch. Mac always starts through its sidebar-managed shell and does not show this setting.
