Mark Notes and Groups as Favorites
Keep important notes and groups together in Premium Favorites views.

On this page
Premium Favorites create a cross-group shortlist without moving or duplicating the original note or group.
Mark an item as a Favorite
- Touch and hold a note or open its context menu on Mac, then choose Add to Favorites.
- Open a group’s context menu and choose Add to Favorites to favorite the group itself.
- Use the same menu and choose Remove Favorite when it no longer belongs on the shortlist.
The item stays in its original group. Favorite is metadata, so removing it does not delete content.
Browse Favorites
- Open Favorites from the tab bar, sidebar, or overflow menu.
- Use the Favorites segment for favorited notes across groups.
- Open Group info > Favorites for only that group, or use the Favorites group filter on the Groups screen.
The Priority segment is separate: it gathers notes with !, !!, or !!! even when they are not Favorites.
