When Pro access ends, additional workspaces remain readable. Your content is not deleted.

Step by step

  1. Check the active workspace and look for the read-only notice.
  2. Open subscription settings and check your Lognote Pro status.
  3. Switch to the default workspace to keep writing without Pro.
  4. If you have a valid Pro subscription, use the available restore-purchases action.

What to expect

Valid Pro access restores editing in additional workspaces. The default workspace remains writable.

Good to know

Do not delete app data to resolve read-only access. Check your subscription and workspace first. Contact support if a valid purchase is not recognized.
