Import, Export & Backup
Export Notes as Text, CSV, JSON, or PDF
Choose an export scope and format, optionally bundle images and files, then share the result.
On this page
Export creates a portable copy for reading or processing elsewhere; it does not remove the original notes from Lognote.
Create an export
- Open the export action for the selected notes, a group, the Inbox scope, or the available library export.
- Choose Plain Text, CSV, JSON, or PDF and select whether images or files should be included.
- For CSV, choose the date format; then create and share or save the result.
Choose the right scope
Basic exports and a caller-fixed Inbox Today scope are available with Free. Selecting a custom date range for a group export requires Premium.
Plain Text is easy to read, CSV is suited to tables, JSON preserves structured fields, and PDF creates a laid-out document. A backup is the better choice when you need to restore the complete Lognote database later.
