Export creates a portable copy for reading or processing elsewhere; it does not remove the original notes from Lognote.

Create an export

  1. Open the export action for the selected notes, a group, the Inbox scope, or the available library export.
  2. Choose Plain Text, CSV, JSON, or PDF and select whether images or files should be included.
  3. For CSV, choose the date format; then create and share or save the result.
When images or files are included, Lognote bundles the export and media in a ZIP archive.

Choose the right scope

Basic exports and a caller-fixed Inbox Today scope are available with Free. Selecting a custom date range for a group export requires Premium.

Plain Text is easy to read, CSV is suited to tables, JSON preserves structured fields, and PDF creates a laid-out document. A backup is the better choice when you need to restore the complete Lognote database later.
