Premium notes can carry documents, imported audio, and other file types alongside the chronological entry.

Attach a file

  1. Open a group and choose Add attachment.
  2. Choose Docs/Files for a document or arbitrary file, or Audio file for an existing recording.
  3. Select one or more files in the system picker. Each picked file becomes its own note immediately.
  4. On iPad or Mac, you can drag files into the notes area instead.
Select an attachment in a note to preview or open it with a compatible system app.
Files become first-class entries in the group timeline.

Know what will sync

A file larger than 50 MB remains available on the device where you attached it but is not uploaded by Cloud Sync. Lognote shows a warning when full sync is active and an imported attachment exceeds that limit.

A local-only oversized file will not appear on another device. Keep the original or include files in an export or backup before removing the source device.
