Create Custom Filters
Build reusable Premium filter chips for selected groups or note criteria.
On this page
Premium custom filters turn a repeated view into a named chip. Group filters contain selected groups; note filters combine note criteria.
Create a filter
- Reveal the filter chips on Groups or inside a group and choose the plus chip.
- Enter a filter name.
- For a Groups filter, select at least one active group. For a note filter, choose any combination of priority, Image, File, Audio, Location, Today, Last 7 days, Last 30 days, and Favorites only.
- Choose whether the chip shows a matching-item count, then choose Create.
Edit, duplicate, or delete a filter
- Touch and hold a custom filter chip, or use its context menu on Mac.
- Choose Edit, Duplicate, or Delete.
- Select the chip once to apply it and again to clear it.
