Sort and Filter Notes and Groups
Change the order of lists and narrow them with built-in group and note filters.

Sorting changes order; filtering temporarily hides entries that do not match. Neither operation deletes or moves content.
Sort and filter groups
- Reveal the filter row at the top of Groups, or use the inline controls on Mac.
- Choose All, Favorites, or Archive.
- Open Sort and choose Name, Date created, or Last activity, then Ascending or Descending.
Sort and filter notes
- Reveal the chip row in a group and choose All, Favorites, Images, or a priority marker.
- Open Sort and choose Newest first or Oldest first.
- With Premium Priorities, you can also sort high-first or low-first.
